Adult After Hours Parties
• The minimum purchase is $20 per
person, with a minimum of 6 painters.
• Pricing includes 2 hours of studio time. You may
extend your party time at time of booking at an additional cost of $5.00 Per person.
• Staff assistance, paint, brushes, supplies, glazing and baking of each item
is included.
• After hours Parties are available any evening after 6:30pm. You may come at 6:00pm in order
to set up decorations, music, snacks and drinks.
Corporate Events
ChocoLate Soup is the perfect place to hold a small informal meeting.
Arrangements for large groups can also be arranged. Call to book your day starting with a meeting, order lunch in and
finish with a team painting exercise... Or just boost the moral of your employees by having a gathering "just because!"

TERMS FOR ALL GROUP EVENTS
To guarantee your reservation
, a minimum $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time your reservation is made and will be applied towards your
final bill at the conclusion of your event. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance will result in a store credit.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your event will result in the loss of your deposit. Please reserve your
space as early as possible. A signed party contract is required for all parties and group events.
Finished
Ceramics Pick Up
Party Host is responsible for picking up all finished pieces and distributing masterpieces to party
participants. Most pieces will be ready in a week. Hostess will be call if your items are ready sooner.
Special Orders
ChocoLate Soup Studio is always adding new items to stay current with lifestyle designs
and trends. However, if you would like for all your guests to create a specific item please come into the studio at
least two (2) weeks prior to your event to ensure your item is ordered and/or in stock in time for your event.
Food & Beverage and Decor
We recommend that your party begins with the creative activity first.
Grease and oils from food will likely cause glaze defects on your bisque. You are welcome to bring your own party
decorations, food and beverage, (pending approval, for your own safety). The following food & beverage partners
will deliver to the studio. Please call and coordinate in advance to ensure restaurant menu availability and
a timely delivery.
