ChocoLate Soup may be the perfect place for your child's next Birthday Party.
We'll
provide a unique experience for everyone to have fun and clean up is included!
Located in the heart of the Historic District in Fernandina Beach, our cozy 50’s kitsch style studio
is the perfect place to celebrate any special occasion. Glazes are non-toxic and do not stain, so they are totally safe.
Pieces stay in the studio to be glazed then baked, and are ready in 7 to 10 days sometimes sooner, depending upon
kiln firing schedule. Pieces will be wrapped and labeled for pick up by one person (usually the host). Have
a Stress-Free, Fun Birthday Party! Please allow a maximum of one and
a half hours before parents come and pick up their children. We offer wonderful theme packages for children and teens ages 5 and up. You can bring your own Food and Beverages or
use our preferred offsite Caterer to prepare Fun Filled Finger Sandwiches & our own Signature ChocoLate Drizzle Fairy Cakes. An Hour is plenty of time for the children
to paint, followed
by Lunch, and/or
the opening of gifts and then Cake. Weekday and daytime parties are also available for kids under 5.
We also design One-of-a-Kind Personalized Cake Plates
that become a proudly
displayed keepsake signed by all your guests attending the party. When hosting a party you will recieve
$10.00 off your custom plate. In addition, each guest will receive a $5.00 Gift Certificate to use on
their next visit.

WHAT TO BRING
You can arrange to bring
just your camera!!! When you purchase our “Signature “ ChocoLate Drizzled Fairy Cakes & our Pink Berry
Punch topped with Fresh Berry Sorbet! We will supply the Napkins, Plates and Cups with our festive Punch Bowl compliment
of Chocolate Soup! Including cute Table Linens, Fresh Flowers & Balloons for the Birthday Child! Please
arrive 30 minutes early in order to set up any additional decorations you may want for the party. For parties that include
lunch, a great suggestion is pizza from any of our local restaurants. We have menus and can order from the store for pickup.
We have had some families say "this is so easy- I feel like I haven't done anything".
Hey, that's the idea. We will take care of your party for you. It’s easiest to have the whole party here,
entertainment, food and presents. Pick up and drop off is a breeze. Additional parking is available around the corner
at the Public Library. KID'S PARTY PACKAGES
INCLUDE
Starting at $20.00 per painter, you will recieve 1-1/2 Hours of Studio Time, Staff
assistance, one (1) Bank or Box bisque piece per child, paint, brushes, various design supplies, glazing and baking of
chosen piece. Paint colors (glaze) are usually pre-selected by the birthday child. Birthday Packages
do not include Bumpy and Specialty Paints. Pre-Ordered Bisque of your choice (or you may select from our large
selection bisque in stock).
Party time is 1-1/2 hours. Your celebration may be extended at the additional
cost of $25 per half hour, at time of booking. Groups consisting of more than 6 participants will require an additional
adult chaperone per table.
TERMS FOR ALL GROUP EVENTS
To guarantee your reservation , a minimum $75 non-refundable
deposit is required at the time your reservation is made and will be applied towards your final bill at the conclusion of
your event. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance will result in a store credit. Cancellations less than 7
days prior to your event will result in the loss of your deposit. Please reserve your space as early as possible.
A signed party contract is required for all parties and group events.
Party Timing
All painters must
be done painting and checked out at their scheduled time in order to allow enough time for the clean up/set up of the next
event. Your celebration may be extended at the additional cost noted in your package at the time you make
your reservation.
Finished Ceramics Pick Up
Party Host is responsible for picking up
all finished pieces and distributing the finished masterpieces to the party participants. Most items will be ready in
a week to ten days. The host will be called if items are ready sooner for pick up.
Special
Orders
ChocoLate Soup Studio is always adding new items to stay current with lifestyle designs and trends.
However, if you would like for all your guests to create a specific item please come into the studio at least two (2)
weeks prior to your event to ensure your item is ordered and/or in stock in time for your event.
Food
& Beverage and Decor
We recommend that your party begins with the creative activity first. Grease
and oils from food will likely cause glaze defects on your bisque. You are welcome to bring your own party decorations,
food and beverage, (pending approval, for your own safety). The following food & beverage partners
will deliver to the studio. Please call and coordinate in advance to ensure restaurant menu availability and
a timely delivery.
