|Learn to paint an Ocean Scene!!
ChocoLate Soup is a do-it-yourself ceramic studio that offers unique bisqueware,ceramic painting, group events and artist workshops. Don't worry if you consider yourself artistically challenged". We offer
expert Instruction and
have tons of ideas and design tools to assist your group on their creative adventure. No experience is necessary. We provide paint, brushes
and all other painting materials.
Remember, there’s always a skilled artist to help you with your ceramic piece.

One ~ Choose your Ceramic Package
You will have three to four different shapes to choose
from for your final bisqueware selection. All participants will recive the same shape as simultaneous painting
instruction is given for one type of painting design/technique.

2 ~ All paint colors are preselected for your project and are non-toxic, water-soluble and food safe.
Step 3 ~ Have Fun!… Once at the table you can sketch your design
with a regular pencil (this will burn off during firing) or you can just paint. The paints are ready to use, no water
is necessary, and at least three coats are recommended to have a rich, solid color. Just remember to let your piece
dry in between coats and that light colors will not cover dark colors very well.
Step 4 ~ Ready for Glazing… Once
your piece is painted, we will "glaze and bake your confection" so it will then be food, microwave and dishwasher
safe. We'll even clean up after you, so just leave your materials on the table!
Step 5 ~ Ready to see
your work!? Your finished masterpiece will later be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to the destination
of your choice. (Participants finished pieces will not be shipped until Final Payment has been received.)

PACKAGE PRICING / FINAL PAYMENT / GUARANTEE
Most people are unsure about their artistic talent and have
a lot of questions, especially those who have never painted before. Our top concerns at ChocoLate Soup
are customer service along with the quality of the finished product. We only employ qualified artists to assist and demonstrate
different techniques for your guests; this allows a more personable one on one instruction with the participant. In addition,
after your guests have left and their individual pieces have dried this same team of Artists will glaze the finished pieces,
load and unload the kiln at our Firing Studio. The breakdown is one Artist per 20 painters to oversee each participants progress.
Cost of Package $TBD per person (Price depends on bisque selection).
Pricing is based on 1-1/2 hour studio time and a minimum guarantee of 15 guests, per session.
Space is reserved by the discretion of the the host and coordinated with us. Amenities and Services
include; Studio Time, Set Up (Cloth Towels, Placemats, Brushes etc), one Bisqueware Piece of Guest’s choice, Clean Up,
Professional clear glaze and firing “baking” of finished piece and USPS Priority Mail shipping. (Guests
on own for Lunch and does not include transportation.) Artist Fees priced separately based on number of
attendees (see above for more details).
Studio Time can be extended at
the additional cost of $10.00 per person, per hour.
A 50% deposit per session is required
at time of booking in order to guarantee space. Final Payment in the form of a company check/cashier’s
check or money order will be due no later then 30 days after the event, in order to avoid shipping delays of finished pieces.
Credit Card Payments will be considered with an additional processing fee.
Final Guarantee will be due two (2) weeks prior to event date, in order to guarantee inventory quantities.
Minimum Guarantee is 15 Participants per session.
Full refund of deposit will be granted
up to 30 days prior to the event date. If cancellation should occur within one month from the event date a refund will only
be granted if the space can be resold for the same date and guarantee.
