Placing an Order:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via email http://www.chocolatesoup@comcast.net/ or you may call your order in anytime between 10am - 10pm EST at 904-261-7039. Once we've received your
order an email confirmation will be sent with an estimated completion date for your order. Please feel free to contact us
anytime with questions or comments regarding any of our products. Terms of Payment: We
accept Credit Cards, business checks, and e-checks via Paypal. Made-to-order items require payment in full at time
of order. If you use a credit card with Paypal, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your
order will ship once your check has cleared our local bank. You may access Paypal at this web address...
www.Paypal.com and payment should be made to Account: ChocolateSoup@comcast.net.

Order Status: Made-to-order
production can range from 4-6 weeks. If you'd like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order's
email confirmation where you will find the estimated completion date for the items you ordered. Delivery
Time: Since our products are individually constructed, painted and then kiln fired they are considered
made-to-order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping. We will make every effort to expedite your
order. You will be notified by email and/or phone when your order has shipped. Please note production is at it's busiest
during our busy seasons of June - August & October - December. Delays are expected for any items ordered during
these months.
If your in the neighborhood... We'd be happy to make
your delivery personally!!!
General Shipping: Most items are shipped via the USPS (sorry FedEx not available
on the island) and will be delivered to the specified address provided. iShipping charges are determined based on the total
amount of your order. These rates include insurance and apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous
United States. For your convenience we offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day Air at an additional cost. PYOP Shipping: In order to provide the
most economical pricing to our customers we pack all pottery ourselves using recycled packing materials and boxes.
Please allow extra time for this service as packing is done during downtimes at the shop. If you need your potttery immediatly,
we can make arrangements to have them professionally packed by the UPS Store and be billed accordingly. International
Shipments: Higher charges will incur than listed. Please
call us for exact prices and for specific information regarding international orders. Gift Wrap: Chocolate Brown Paper with White Dots dressed
up with darling grosgrain ribbon to create an adorable presentation that is as special as the gift itself. This charge is
$5.00. In addition, we also offer our Birthday Cupcakes giftwrap for your
little ones special occassion. Special, Rush & Custom
Orders: Special Orders needed in 2 weeks, $25.00 service
fee will apply. Rush Orders needed within a week will depend on the design wanted and if piece to be painted
is in stock. Please call to discuss the possibilities. Christmas Orders to be submitted no later then Friday, December
1, in order to guarantee delivery by December 22. Custom Designed Knobs, $45.00 artwork fee, per design will
apply. Client to approve custom artwork prior to order. This fee does not apply to existing designs done in different colors. Gift Certificates: Chocolate
Soup Gift certificates are the perfect solution if you are in a hurry and it will ensure the recipient will get
exactly what they want. They can be purchased in any denomination starting at $25.00! Each Gift Certificate is individually
handmade, sprinkled with glitter wrapped and mailed to the recipient. To redeem, the recipient can shop our website and
then call or e-mail us to redeem their Gift Certificate. Please contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing a
certificate. Canceling/Return Orders: Upon placing your order you have up to two business days to contact us and cancel your order for
a full refunded. After two days made-to-order iitems are non-refundable. Make-to-order items are not returnable unless
in case of defect. By completing and placing your order you have agreed to all terms. Privacy Policy: Contact information including email address, telephone
number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes
information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing
address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
